We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. Any product that falls under the below categories should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing us through the contact page. 1. In the event that the item(s) you've received are unsatisfactory in any way you perceive, we will require photo proof of the sample and your order number as well and you may be required to send us back the item(s) for close inspection and review before a decision is made to re-send the item(s) to you at no cost, subject to availability. The postage cost will be refunded after we receive the returned item(s). 2. In the event that you've received the wrong sample, we will require photo proof of the wrongly sent item(s) and your order number and after reviewing, we'll re-send the correct sample to you at no cost, subject to availability. 3. In the event you've received your order with a missing item(s), we will require you to email us a clear photo of the item(s) you did recieve and your order number to us and after reviewing, we will re-send the missing item(s) to you at no cost, subject to availability.

In the event of lost mail, we will try to locate the delivery team and if there's a clear indication that your order is indeed lost, we'll re-send the order to you at no cost, subject to availability.

In general 3D printed items are not too different to regular plastic parts.... with one exception. Layer lines. Our products are created on Original Prusa 3D printers using a 0.2mm layer height and a 0.4mm nozzle for excellent detail definition. Prusa 3D printers create some of the best quality FDM 3D printed items on the market, but please note that due to the nature of FDM 3D printing technology there may be some visible layer lines. These layer lines can stick out if a 3D printed item is painted using the wrong techniques. Trophies: In general, if you are purchasing a trophy, we advise purchasing it in the colour you want the final product to be. Our premium materials hide layer lines best. If you wish to spray paint the trophy a different colour, then we suggest black or white since it is the cheapest option, and will give the best underlay colour depending on what spray paint colour you are planning to use. Terrain: For terrain, things get a little more complicated. Terrain is 3D printed in Black, Grey or White PLA plastic. We will ensure all pieces in your order are the same colour. Items are supplied unassembled and unfinished / unpainted. You do not need to do anything special to prep the 3D print such as washing it. In fact, please try to avoid excessive moisture coming into contact with the print, as PLA will absorb moisture over time if unprotected. You could sand the part down to smooth over the layer lines. You should wear a dust mask while doing this. We do not recommend sanding parts down though as the time it takes vs the outcome is not worth it in our opinion. Most parts are also far too detailed so sand smooth, which will leave the prints smooth in some areas, but bumpy in others. We do recommend 2-4 THIN coats of filler primer if you are desperate for a quick fix. Thin coats are needed here to avoid over spraying as the paint could cluster together and create drips. The filler primer will settle down into the layer recesses, which will produce an overall smoother look than if you were to go straight to primer. Filler primer will not completely hide the layer lines, but it will help. You can use any normal modelling plastic or super glue to glue parts together as required. Any usual spray paint for basing miniatures will be suitable to use as a base layer for 3D printed parts. When painting 3D printed parts, we suggest using whatever base shade you plan on using over the whole model, if you have not already painted it that colour with your base layer spray paint. If you wish to use a wash paint, we suggest that it is used sparingly. Otherwise, it may group in the recesses of the print and highlight the layer lines.
